Katouna home I is a first floor accommodation with four bedrooms -three of which have their own balcony- with marble and wooden furniture, that can house up to 10 people, or two four-member families. Each home provides multiple sitting areas, including interior lounges, the balconies or the garden, and is equipped with the appropriate electronic appliances (Wi-Fi, stereo, Smart Tv, and Air-Condition).

Το Κατούνι απέχει 6 χλμ από την πόλη της Λευκάδας. Από τη Λευκάδα παίρνετε τον δρόμο για το Νυδρί και αφού περάσετε το χωριό Καρυώτες και φτάσετε στη Λυγιά, στρίβετε δεξιά για το Κατούνι. Υπάρχει πινακίδα στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Μετά από δύο χιλιόμετρα φτάνετε στο χωριό. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς στην είσοδό του και η πινακίδα «Κατούνι» βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στην πόρτα μας. Το Katouna home είναι ένα από τα πρώτα εξοχικά σπίτια που χτίστηκαν σε αυτό το ήσυχο χωριό της Λευκάδας. Ένα συγκρότημα από τρεις ανεξάρτητες κατοικίες που βρίσκονται στα περίχωρα του χωριού, μέσα σε ένα ελαιοπερβόλι. Βλέπει σε μια υπέροχη θέα της ηπειρωτικής Ελλάδας, του καναλιού της Λυγιάς, του Ιονίου πελάγους και της εισόδου του Αμβρακικού κόλπου. Το Katouna home II είναι ένα ισόγειο πέτρινο σπίτι, με μοναδική ξύλινη επίπλωση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με κρεβάτι king size, ένα σαλόνι με δύο μονά κρεβάτια (που μπορούν να γίνουν ένα κρεβάτι king size). Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων ή δύο ζευγάρια. Υπάρχει επίσης μια ευρύχωρη τραπεζαρία με κουζίνα και δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με πανοραμική θέα.

Katouna is 6 km from the town of Lefkada. From Lefkada you take the road to Nydri and once you pass the village of Karyotes and you arrive to Lygia, you take a right to Katouna. There is a sign on the main road. After two km you arrive at the village. The house is right at its entrance and the sign “Katouna” is right in front of our door. Katouna home III is a brand new comfortable house with special wooden furniture that combines the old with the new. And fully equipped. It has a room with a king-size bed, a room with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate up to two people. It has access to a private garden with a lovely view and it is ideal for families and adult groups all year round.
